A workshop is a short form course designed to give you, the rehabilitation professional, introductory knowledge on equipment usage in the clinical setting. These 4 and 8 hour courses are perfect for in-service trainings, for facilities that have equipment and need physical therapists and physical therapy assistants to have strong working knowledge and application of exercises. These courses will get you incorporating Pilates into your clients’ programs while working on the equipment safety and effectively.

A certification level course satisfies course requirements for our Pilates teacher training certification program and for our CoreAlign teacher training program. These courses will put you on the path to becoming a fully certified instructor and give you a richer understanding and deeper level of knowledge around exercise application and the potential of Pilates and/or the CoreAlign in the clinical setting. Not only will these courses give you the tools you need to incorporate Pilates and/or the CoreAlign safety and effectively with patients, but will start you on your own movement journey as a full certified Balanced Body Instructor in either Pilates or CoreAlign.
