Developed by Pilates instructor and fitness enthusiast Darya Bronston, the MOTR is a portable full body training system. The innovative cylinder base is padded for pre- and post-training rolling, stretching, and fascia release. The resistance arm can be attached to the base for a variety of standing, supine, and kneeling exercises, adding resistance to increase or decrease the level of difficulty.

When used independently, the arm adds resistance to a spectrum of functional movements, helping to build endurance, strength, and core stability. Users control resistance by a push button on either end of the arm, making adjustment fast and easy.

Weighing just 33lbs. (15kg) with an integrated carrying strap, MOTR goes where you go so you never miss a workout! All MOTR components store inside the base tube.
