Originally designed by Joseph Pilates, the Ped-o-Pull challenges core stability in a functional standing position.
This classic, space-saving apparatus can be used with wall-attachment brackets or “free standing”. We created the Kidney base for Pilates Elder Ron Fletcher.

- Two wall brackets to stabilize the unit 6″ (15cm) from the wall
- 2 Balanced Body Signature Springs (regular length, yellow) Neoprene handles

- Base is maple-faced hardwood laminate, 1.5″ (4cm) thick with rounded edges for improved comfort
