Inventor Daniel Vladeta, D.O., developed the Oov to complement the spine's natural curves while providing multiple planes of movement. He has created a diverse global Oov community of clinicians, movement professionals, holistic healers, athletic trainers and professional sports, all whom realize the benefits of Oov in their patients, clients and athletes.
The Oov activates core stabilizing muscles while also gently extending the spine to stimulate healthy intervertebral disc lubrication. The Oov can be used supine, prone, side-lying, kneeling, standing as well as for rehabilitation purposes, (use a pillow for the head when in supine.)
- Available in small, medium, and large and as a set of three (one of each size)
