No assembly required. The Pilates Arc is ready right out of the box.

Place the Pilates Arc on the Reformer on the Reformer and do a variety of exercises including footwork, abdominal work, and arm work.

Yes, the Pilates Arc can be cleaned with Balanced Body Clean or gentle soap and water. Harsh chemical cleaners are not recommended as they can damage the foam.

The Pilates Arc is quite sturdy and the foam will flex temporarily if a heavy user (over 200 lbs) stands on it for a period of time.
