14″/36cm frame is most common height; facilitates all exercises.
18″/46cm frame is excellent for less mobile and older users. Also, good accessibility for wheelchair transfers.
24″/61cm frame provides good clinical ergonomics for manual adjustment and support. Too high for standing and lunge exercises.
Non-skid Strips can help keep the Studio Reformer stable on wood floors and low-pile carpet.
Clean upholstery and footbar cover with Balanced Body Clean or gentle soap & warm water. Alcohol, bleach and chemical cleaners will damage upholstery.
Wash loops in cold water and air dry regularly.
Dust and clean carriage tracks, wheels, and springs regularly.
